Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of azinvestco.com and the AZ Investing LLC text-messaging program. AZ Investing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") communicates with people interested in buying or selling real estate. Website use is separate from SMS enrollment: browsing or submitting a form does not automatically authorize text messages.

1. Website and property inquiries

You may use our website to request information about selling a property or about properties we offer. Provide accurate information and only submit contact details you are authorized to use. Do not use the website for unlawful activity or to interfere with its operation.

Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation to buy or sell. Property availability, pricing, features, and transaction terms may change and should be independently verified. A real estate transaction is governed by the applicable signed agreement, not by a website listing or these website terms. We do not provide legal, tax, surveying, engineering, or financial advice through this website.

3. Voluntary, separate consent

Marketing and inquiry-related SMS choices are separate, optional, and unchecked by default on our forms. You may select either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of a purchase, property review, or other service. Entering a phone number alone is not SMS consent. Any telephone or email response to an inquiry is separate from these SMS permissions.

4. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiries, transaction activity, and the message categories you choose. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing messages. Your wireless provider can explain your plan's charges. Delivery depends on network availability and is not guaranteed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Stop messages or enroll again

To cancel SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to the number that sent the message. A final confirmation of your opt-out may be sent; further program messages will stop. You can also contact us to request removal. To enroll again, provide a new opt-in through our website form. Changing these terms does not restore consent after an opt-out.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and protect SMS consent. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or provided to other businesses for their marketing. Service providers may process information as necessary to deliver communications and support us.

8. Changes and availability

We may update these terms or change or discontinue the messaging program. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Material changes to messaging purposes that require new consent will not be treated as authorized merely because these terms were updated. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
