AZ Investing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates azinvestco.com and works with people interested in buying or selling real estate. This policy describes how we handle information provided through our website, property inquiries, and communications.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us or submit a form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, property details, and questions. We may also keep correspondence and records of your communication preferences, SMS consent selections, the disclosure shown when you consented, and when and where the consent was recorded.

Our website and hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages requested, referring pages, and security logs. Our forms capture the page URL, referral source, and advertising campaign identifiers included in the URL so we can understand where inquiries originate.

2. How we use information

• Respond to property inquiries and provide information you request.
• Evaluate properties, discuss potential transactions, and coordinate appointments and transaction updates.
• Send the types of text messages you separately choose to receive.

3. SMS consent and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. We do not sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent. Service providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to support our communications and customer service. Text-message opt-in records and consent are excluded from other categories of sharing and are not provided to third parties for their own use.

Providing your phone number or submitting an inquiry does not, by itself, enroll you in text messaging. Our forms offer separate, optional choices for inquiry-related messages and marketing messages. Neither box is preselected, and you can submit a form without selecting either one. SMS consent is not a condition of buying property or receiving our services.

Depending on your selections, messages may cover your property inquiry, appointment arrangements, transaction status, or marketing about property opportunities, purchase offers, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Service providers and other disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, form storage, email, customer relationship management, and communication delivery. They may process information needed to perform those services for us, not for their independent marketing.

Where necessary for a transaction you request, we may provide relevant transaction information to title or escrow companies and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, or legal claims. These uses do not authorize sharing mobile information for marketing or transferring SMS consent to another business.

5. Cookies, analytics, and external services

Our hosting or embedded service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for security and site operation. Campaign identifiers supplied in a link may be saved with your form submission. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you follow an external link, that provider's privacy policy applies to its website. We do not transmit SMS consent records to advertising services.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as needed to respond to inquiries, administer transactions, document consent and opt-outs, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need the information for these purposes. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to update communication preferences. Additional rights may apply depending on your location. We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legal obligations or to ensure we do not contact you again after an opt-out.

For email marketing, use the unsubscribe option in the email or contact us. For SMS, reply STOP. Withdrawing SMS consent does not require you to withdraw your property inquiry.

8. Adults only

Our website and SMS program are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

9. Policy updates

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. An update to this policy does not by itself enroll you in messaging or expand the SMS consent you previously gave.
